$500,000+ Donation — 5,000+ sq ft Added

Thanks to a generous donation exceeding $500,000, TLC purchased Units 406 and 407 — adding over 5,000 square feet of new facility space with zero additional debt. A transformational gift to the church's future.

Additionally, the former Salvation Army drop-off area was converted to 168 sq ft of storage, and the old maintenance area was remodeled into a 440 sq ft multi-functional classroom. Much of the labor and materials were generously donated by church members.

  • Unit 406 — New Church Office: New flooring and paint complete; plans for additional offices, class space, and storage
  • Unit 407 — Next Gen Loft: ~900 sq ft loft, new bathroom, flooring, paint, washer/dryer area
  • Unit 316 — Repurposed Office: Converting to classroom and meeting area; new lighting and paint underway
  • Worship Center Classroom: Converting maintenance room to multi-functional classroom; new ceiling installed, paint and carpet next
