MELISSA FULMORE-HARDWICK

Melissa Fulmore-Hardwick is a powerful leader in both the boardroom and the Kingdom. With over 20 years of executive leadership experience, she has helped shape strategy and transformation across major organizations, all while remaining deeply grounded in her faith. Melissa is passionate about empowering women, advancing purpose-driven leadership, and creating opportunities for others to walk boldly in their God-given calling. As the founder of Brown Girls in the Boardroom and a committed woman of God, she brings a message of faith, freedom, and fearless leadership.

KIM KNAPP

Kim Knapp is the Women’s Ministry Leader at True Life Church. She is also a highly successful realtor, national speaker, and CRS instructor. She is passionate about people and Jesus, and she loves both well! To know Kim is to love Kim. Her enthusiasm as a leader in our community is matched only by her love for others and she has a gift for motivating and encouraging others to be the best they can be.

GIGI URBANSKI

Gigi Urbanski knows what it looks like to build a life on her own plans and watch it crumble  and what it looks like when God rebuilds it from the floor up.

After her parents’ divorce ended both their 25-year marriage and the family business she worked in, her own marriage unraveled too. A season of rocky choices followed, lost homes, lost cars, and relationships that cost her more than she could count. On her knees, she finally surrendered. God answered with the man who has now been her husband for over 20 years, and together they built a blended family rooted in faith, commitment, and the honest work of healing a past that didn’t stay behind.

Professionally, Gigi told God all her plans  and He winked. A career in health and wellness gave way, during COVID, to a real estate calling she never asked for. Five years later, she and her husband lead the JAX Home Squad Team, a thriving business built on relationships, faith, and results.

But the story doesn’t stop at success. In January 2025, Gigi found herself on her office floor, ready to quit. God met her there. A 100-day devotional, a women’s conference, and a fresh surrender later, her business grew 46% YOY in a down market, her family is flourishing, and she now leads a discipleship group and two virtual Bible studies through her ministry, Emerge.

Her message is simple: You are not too far gone. Your purpose is bigger than your pain. And it is never, ever too late to start again.

TIEA VINCENT

Tiea Vincent is a 4x business owner, real estate broker and leader in the industry , instructor, speaker, and mother whose story is rooted in resilience, faith, and learning to trust God through life’s hardest seasons. Growing up as the child of an addict shaped much of her early life and led her into a mindset of believing she had to carry everything on her own. Through experiences of heartbreak, abuse, divorce, and rebuilding life, God showed her what healing, restoration, and grace can look like. This year she celebrates 18 years of marriage and looking forward to her daughter entering her senior year.

Tiea shares her journey openly to encourage other women that pain does not disqualify them from purpose. She has found that the same pain can give you the ability to give love and grace more freely. She has mastered the art of makings lemonade when life gives her lemons. Her message is about surrender, healing, perseverance, and discovering that sometimes God does His greatest work in the seasons we never would have chosen for ourselves.
