In life’s most challenging moments, it can feel like we’re walking through darkness alone. But there’s a comforting truth we can hold onto: God knows our struggles. He is not a distant God watching from afar, but He is the Creator of all, fully aware of every detail of our lives. God is Omnipotent, Omnipresent, and Omniscient. He knows the past, present, and future, and He understands our pain more deeply than we could ever imagine.
Jesus, God Himself in the flesh, experienced the full range of human emotions and suffering. He faced physical pain, loss, and fear. He did this willingly so that He could relate to us in our deepest valleys. Because of this, we can be confident that our struggles are not unnoticed or forgotten. The same God who created the universe also sees every tear we cry and knows every burden we carry.
Psalm 147:3 tells us, “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” He’s not just aware of our pain—He’s actively involved in bringing us healing. Psalm 56:8 says, “You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book.” This is a God who is intimately involved in our lives. When we feel overwhelmed, Psalm 55:22 encourages us to “Give your burdens to the Lord, and He will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall.”
God’s presence in our struggles is a reminder that we are never alone. He is close to us, understands our pain, and is actively working in our lives, even when we can’t see it. So, in those moments of deep struggle, remember that God sees you, knows you, and is with you every step of the way.
